Feel free to reach out to us via phone, email or our enquiry form with any questions you may have. Whether you’re looking for basic information about the nursery, details about our curriculum and daily routine, or specifics on fees, and availability, we’re here to help!
2. Visit Our Nursery
Use this page to book a visit to the nursery. You will be able to explore the facilities, meet the staff, observe the classrooms, get a feel of the nursery environment and ask any questions!
3. Apply to Join Us
Fill out and submit our Application Form. Please provide your child's and your details, any specific requirements, preferred start date, attendance days and times, and let us know if you are eligible for funding.
4. Application Review and Placement Offer
You will receive confirmation of your application and a timeline for our response. If successful, we will send a placement offer with payment details. Please review and discuss any concerns before accepting the offer.
5. Funding Eligibility and Requirements
If you are eligible for funding, please ensure your funding code is active and valid. You can apply the code via Childcare Choices. You will need to complete the Parental Declaration Form with all required details and return it to us before the headcount deadline each term. Additionally, please provide the necessary documents outlined in the form.
6. Placement Acceptance
To confirm your child’s placement, you must sign our Terms and Conditions, pay a refundable deposit of £500 or one month’s fee via bank transfer or Tax-Free Childcare, and schedule three settling sessions before the start date.
7. Complete your Child's Profile
We’ll send you a link to download the Famly App and activate your account. Please complete your child’s profile, including medical details, emergency contacts, and consent permissions. Daily updates, activity photos, progress checks and care details will be shared through the app.
8. Settling Sessions
We arrange three 2-hour settling sessions before your child’s start date:
1st Session: Stay with your child to help them settle and meet our staff and children.
2nd Session: Stay for the first hour, then leave for the second hour to see how your child adapts.
3rd Session: Leave your child for the full two hours. Updates and photos will be shared via the Famly App.
What to Bring/Complete:
- Documents for verification: your ID, your child’s Birth Certificate, and Redbook.
- Send us a meaningful family photo (e.g., celebrating a cultural event).
- A profile picture of your child.
- The "More About Me" form.
- Create a pick up code.
9. First Day of Nursery
Your child will have a smooth transition into nursery life with the support of our experienced and caring team!
10. Ongoing Communication
We want to have a constant communication with parents. To achieve that, we provide drop-in and pick-up handovers, updates on Famly App daily share of activity pictures, emails and phones anytime to check for updates, child's monthly observations, termly progress reports, and parents' meetings as needed.
