My name is Jing Li, but everyone calls me LJ. With over 10 years of experience in nursery management, I specialize in bilingual learning, EYFS curriculum development, staff training, and creating enriching early years environments. I hold a PGCE in Early Years from UCL, an MA in Community Music, and I serve as the Designated Safeguarding Lead (Level 3), Health & Safety Lead, SENCO, and a qualified Level 3 Assessor at Blossoming Minds Daycare.

As a mother of two young children, I understand the joys and challenges of early childhood. My passion for flowers, gardening, and music adds a creative touch to the nursery. As a professional opera singer and piano player, I often share music with the children, creating a joyful and engaging atmosphere.

I am dedicated to fostering a vibrant, inclusive, and nurturing space where every child and staff member can thrive.

Hello, my name is Nneka, and I am happy to be part of the caring team at Blossoming Minds Daycare.

I hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification and have four years of experience working in childcare. I also have a Master's Degree in International Business, PFA, Level 2 Food Safety, Level 2 Safeguarding of Children and so on. I am especially confident and passionate about working with babies, supporting them during these important early stages of development.

My key strengths are patience and consistency, which help me create a calm, secure, and nurturing environment where children feel safe and supported. I have a caring, patient, and kind nature, and I am deeply dedicated to the wellbeing and development of every child in my care.

I have a strong love for music and singing, and I enjoy using musical play with babies to help them express themselves, build confidence, and develop communication skills. I also love messy play, as it allows children to explore, discover, and learn through their senses.

Outside of work, I enjoy reading and studying, as I believe continued learning helps me grow both personally and professionally.

I am particularly passionate about fostering children’s growth through play, creating nurturing environments, and supporting their emotional development from the very beginning. I also love fostering creativity through activities such as art, and being part of the nursery’s warm, happy, and community-focused atmosphere.

What I enjoy most about working at Blossoming Minds Daycare is the supportive and understanding team, the kind families, and watching children learn, grow, and develop confidence each day. 

What motivates me most in my role is witnessing the growth and development of babies and children, and knowing that I am helping to support them during such an important stage of their lives.

Hi, my name is Akshay and I am a Nursery Practitioner at Blossoming Minds Daycare!

I hold an MA in Early Childhood Studies and have completed training in Paediatric First Aid and Level 2 Safeguarding. Although I am new to working professionally in childcare, I am passionate about supporting young children’s learning, development, and wellbeing.

I would describe myself as caring, patient, responsible, and friendly. My calm and positive approach helps children feel safe, supported, and confident in the nursery environment. I enjoy building strong relationships with children and encouraging them to explore, learn, and express themselves through play and creativity.

I love music, dancing, drawing, and reading, and I enjoy bringing these interests into activities with the children. I especially enjoy storytelling, creative play, and helping children develop confidence through fun and engaging experiences. One proud moment in my childcare journey was helping a shy child gain confidence and seeing her become happy and comfortable within the setting.

Some of my key strengths include creativity, problem-solving, time management, and project management. I enjoy creating exciting learning opportunities that help children develop their imagination, communication, and social skills.

Outside of work, I enjoy listening to music, dancing, drawing, and reading books. One fun fact about me is that I am very patient and always try to stay positive, even during busy nursery days!

My name is Chandu Priya Das Singarapu. I come from a strong South Indian background and bring with me a deep-rooted passion for early childhood education. With over four years of experience as an early childhood facilitator in India, I have had the joy of supporting children’s growth and learning during their most formative years.

Currently, I have an MA in Education, and now I am pursuing my Level 7 MA in Early Years Education in the UK, with a focus on understanding how children perceive and make sense of the world around them. I believe in nurturing each child's individuality and promoting a learning environment that is inclusive, expressive, and emotionally safe.

I am passionate about creative expression, whether it’s through art, craft, or photography. I enjoy doing photoshoots of myself and engaging in various forms of art and craft, as they fuel my creativity and help me connect better with children through imaginative activities.

Working with young children fills me with happiness and purpose. Watching them grow, explore, and discover brings immense joy to my heart, and I am dedicated to fostering an environment where every child feels valued, loved, and empowered to thrive.

I hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com). I also have one year of childcare experience, including working at Wonder Kids and in my current role as a nanny, where I have gained valuable experience supporting young children’s learning and development.

I am passionate about helping children learn through play, creativity, and storytelling. I enjoy creating fun, safe, and engaging experiences where children can feel confident, supported, and excited to explore the world around them. Seeing children smile, grow, and achieve new things brings me great happiness and motivation every day.

I would describe myself as creative, patient, and caring. My friendly and calm nature helps me build positive relationships with children and create a nurturing environment where they feel safe and valued. I enjoy supporting children through storytelling, arts and crafts, music, dancing, and hands-on learning activities that encourage imagination and curiosity.

One proud moment in my childcare journey was seeing a shy child slowly gain confidence and begin participating in activities happily. Knowing that I helped create a supportive and encouraging environment for them made me feel very proud.

I feel most confident working with children aged 2–6 years, supporting their creativity, social skills, and early learning through play and engaging activities. Some of my strengths include teamwork, communication, activity planning, storytelling, and creative arts.

Outside of work, I enjoy acrylic painting, calligraphy, photography, reading, storytelling, and exploring creative ideas and activities. One fun fact about me is that I love experimenting with creative arts and capturing interesting moments through photography in my free time.

My favourite children’s book is The Very Hungry Caterpillar because it encourages curiosity, learning, and imagination in such a fun and engaging way.

Also known as Amy, I bring over 14 years of experience in childcare and currently serve as the Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead, Deputy Health & Safety Lead, and Deputy SENCO. I am committed to ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for all children. My qualifications include a Level 3 in Pre-school Practice, Level 2 in Understanding Autism, and certifications in Level 2 Food Hygiene and Level 2 Safeguarding of Children.

As a mother of two university-aged children, I love cooking and baking with the children at the nursery. I admit I may spoil them a little with delicious treats and plenty of messy play activities, but it’s all part of the fun in creating a warm, engaging space for them to thrive.

Hello, my name is Anissa, and I am proud to be part of the team at Blossoming Minds Daycare.

I hold a Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and have completed a wide range of additional training, including Paediatric First Aid, Safeguarding and Child Protection, SEND Awareness, Behaviour Management, EYFS Frameworks, Equality and Diversity, Prevent Duty, FGM Awareness, Food Hygiene, Speech and Language Support, Positive Behaviour Strategies, and Early Literacy Development.

I have worked in childcare for several years, gaining experience in nurseries as well as through babysitting. Throughout my career, I have learned how to support children’s emotional, social, and learning needs, while building strong, trusting relationships with families.

My key strengths are being patient, kind, creative, and extremely caring. I am very good at helping children feel safe, comfortable, and understood, and I always pay close attention to each child’s individual interests and needs. I use this understanding to create fun, meaningful learning experiences that support their development.

I feel confident working with all early years age groups, from babies to preschoolers. I enjoy adapting activities to suit different stages of development, whether that’s sensory play for younger children or early writing and problem-solving activities for older children.

I have special skills in creative arts, storytelling, dancing, and SEN support, and I love using these to help children express themselves and enjoy learning. Some of my favourite activities to do with children include arts and crafts, sensory play, reading stories, music and dancing, and imaginative play.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, going outdoors, and exploring nature.

I am most passionate about helping children grow, learn, and feel loved. I genuinely adore children and find great joy in supporting their confidence and independence. Being part of their early years journey is incredibly rewarding, and I feel proud knowing I can make a positive difference in their lives.

In the nursery, I am patient, calm, playful, and supportive. I always aim to create a welcoming environment where children feel comfortable to explore, learn, and express themselves freely, while ensuring every child feels valued and heard.

What I enjoy most about working at Blossoming Minds Daycare is the family-like atmosphere, the supportive team, and the opportunity to work closely with children every day. It truly feels like a community where everyone cares and celebrates each child’s unique personality and abilities.

My biggest motivation is seeing children smile, grow in confidence, and achieve new milestones, whether big or small. Being someone children trust and look up to inspires me every day.

A fun fact about me is that I can create silly voices for almost every storybook character, and children love guessing which character I’ll become next! My favourite children’s book is The Very Hungry Caterpillar, as its bright, colourful illustrations and simple, engaging story always capture children’s attention and encourage curiosity.

I am passionate about helping children learn through play, creativity, and storytelling. I especially enjoy supporting preschool children and encouraging their imagination through books, literacy activities, maths, and art. One of my favourite parts of working with young children is watching them grow in confidence, independence, and happiness every day.

I would describe myself as caring, considerate, empathetic, and focused. My communication, listening, and observation skills help me build positive relationships with children and support their individual needs. I love creating fun and engaging experiences through reading stories, creative activities, and outdoor adventures.

Hello, my name is Sarah Oliver, and I bring 25 years of experience in early years education to my role as a Nursery Assistant. I hold a Level 2 qualification in Childcare & Education, and I have been assessed as Level 3 qualified practitioner at Blossoming Minds Daycare. I’m certified in Paediatric First Aid, Food Safety, Safeguarding of Children, Autism Awareness and Fire Safety.

Over the years, I’ve developed a strong passion for helping young children learn through structured routines, rich learning environments, and carefully planned activities. I take great pride in keeping our learning spaces well-organised, engaging, and purposeful, creating the right balance of challenge, fun, and comfort for every child.

One of my key roles in the nursery is tracking children’s developmental progress, ensuring each child is supported in reaching their milestones across all areas of learning. I pay close attention to their interests and strengths, and I use this knowledge to plan next steps that truly motivate and excite them.

I have a special love for delivering early literacy and phonics. Whether it’s reading interactive stories, leading sound-based games, or linking storytelling to expressive arts and numeracy, I’m always looking for creative ways to make learning meaningful and enjoyable. I also enjoy extending maths learning through play, helping children build early number awareness and problem-solving skills through everyday activities.

Though I’m new to professional childcare, I' working on my Level 6 in Early Childhood studies, and I have completed training in Health and Safety, Food Safety, and Safeguarding Children, and I’m deeply committed to continuous learning in this field. Most importantly, I bring a loving, empathetic approach to every child, rooted in my own experience as a mother, which has taught me patience, care, and an understanding of early development.

I speak Spanish and Portuguese, and I love sharing these languages with the children through songs, stories, and playful interactions. Language is such a powerful way to spark curiosity and confidence, and I believe it’s a beautiful gift to offer in a diverse nursery setting.

Before joining childcare, I worked in hospitality, where I learned how to multitask and create warm, welcoming environments. I enjoy travelling, music, dance, nature, and photography, and I love using these interests to inspire creativity and joy in the nursery.

I hold a Level 3 Paediatric First Aid qualification and Level 2 Safeguarding Children, along with Level 2 Health & Safety and Level 2 Food Safety training. I have one year of experience working in childcare and feel most confident caring for children around one year old.

My greatest strength is the emotional warmth and affection I bring to my work. I am passionate about creating a safe, secure, and emotionally supportive environment where children feel comfortable, valued, and happy.

I especially enjoy cooking, arts and crafts, drawing, music, and singing with children, as I believe creative activities help young children express themselves and build confidence. I bring a warm, caring presence to the nursery, and I absolutely love being part of each child’s early learning journey. I hold a Bachelor of Education and an MBA, and I’m trained in Safeguarding, FGM Awareness, and Prevent Duty. I have one year of teaching experience in early years, and it’s been a joy to grow alongside the children. I’m also the nursery chef, and I truly enjoy creating fantastic, world-wide and home-style meals that keep our little ones happy and well-fed. My hobbies include gardening, traveling, and of course, cooking. I’d describe myself as positive, empathetic, and honest—qualities that help me build strong, trusting relationships with the children. They often say they love how I become a child right along with them! Before working in childcare, I was a yoga teacher, and I still bring that sense of calm and mindfulness into our daily routines.
Working with young children is truly my happy place. I love singing silly songs, reading rhymes, and enjoying every magical moment. Every child is unique, and I’m here to make sure they feel safe, loved, and nurtured—every single day.

Vivian Kuteyi

With nearly 20 years of experience as a nurse and midwife, I bring a strong background in healthcare and child development. I hold Level 5 qualifications in Leadership for Health and Social Care & Children and Young People’s Services, as well as in Education and Training, along with a certification in Level 3 Safer Recruitment.

As a mother of two teenagers, I understand the importance of consistency in childcare. I founded Blossoming Minds Daycare to provide the best possible start for children in the Greenwich area, driven by my wish to create a warm, supportive environment for children and staff. I believe in giving my team the space and support they need to thrive, ensuring a happy, friendly atmosphere where everyone enjoys their work. Understanding staff retention challenges, my goal is to maintain a stable, nurturing team that parents and children can trust.
