Blossoming Minds offers flexible sessions from 7:30am to 6:30pm, with full year, term time, and ad-hoc options to fit around real working life. Government funding is accepted, and Tax-Free Childcare can be used to pay. See our full fee guide online, or get in touch to find the best option for your family.
Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 6:30pm, 51 weeks per year.
We close for the last week of December, all Bank Holidays, and 4 inset days per year.
Fees are charged monthly in advance by Standing Order, spread evenly across the year including bank holidays, inset days, and nursery closures.
Fees include meals, snacks, and learning materials. These are not covered by government funding and remain chargeable for funded places.
Missed sessions cannot be refunded or swapped.
We require a deposit of £200 to secure your child's place. The deposit is deducted from your final invoice.
The deposit is refundable if two months' written notice is given before the agreed start date.
If you are seeking a purely government funded place, no deposit is required.
Funding is available from the term after your child turns 9 months, 2 years, or 3 years, subject to eligibility.
Funding covers 38 weeks per year. As we operate for 51 weeks, funding can be stretched across the year - contact us to discuss how this works for your family.
Funding does not cover meals, snacks, or additional services. These remain chargeable for all funded places.
Funded hours are allocated as sessions to reflect our staffing and operational costs.
Term-time only places
Term-time places are available subject to availability. Fees are based on 38 weeks and spread into monthly payments. Sessions must remain fixed and consistent throughout the year.

Funding examples
Example 1 - Two Together 15 hours (age 2) Your child can attend three 5-hour funded sessions during term time without paying any additional charges, while still receiving our full nursery service, including meals and consumables.
Example 2 - 30 hours working parent, 5 full days all year round (age 3+) The Government funding can be stretched across the full year. After your funding has been deducted, the monthly fee for five full days is £1,246 per month.
Example 3 - Universal 15 hours only, not working (age 3+) You can use your funded entitlement for 12 equivalent nursery hours per week during term time, with no additional charges, while still receiving our full nursery service, including meals and consumables.
Example 4 - Baby returning to work in September (age 10 months) We recommend applying for your Working Parent funding (30 hrs) before September if you are eligible. Funding only starts at the beginning of each school term. You may wish to begin with three half days in August to support a gradual transition. The fee for three half days without funding is £749 per month for under-2s. Once your funding begins in September, if you attend three full days per week throughout the year, your monthly fee would be £150 per month.

Good to know
All you need is your funding eligibility code and National Insurance number, we take care of everything else, and apply the reduction to your invoice. We remind you each term when your code needs renewing and flag any issues before they affect your billing. If you are unsure whether you qualify for 30 hours, our friendly team can walk you through the eligibility check at any time. For families starting mid-term, we allocate funding from your start date, so you only pay for what you use.
Fees are billed monthly in advance, collected by Direct Debit, including tax free childcare accounts. Spreading fees across 12 equal payments means your cost stays consistent regardless of how many days fall in a given month (including term time places). You will receive your invoice well in advance of each month. Any ad hoc sessions added during the month appear on the next invoice. One months' written notice is required to change your regular sessions, and two months' written notice is required to terminate your place.
